1) Yes, you can get a second Cocktail Glass, do not despair like i did :/
2) If the piano is not working, you are either to slow, you messed up, or arn't playing the right notes (Going away and back to the piano helps)
3) The Cocktail recipies are hard, so here, have dem clues; Harvey Wallbanger and BLOODy Mary (look for blood with the cocktail glass)
