you should make a flip tool so the items like guns can face the right wall kind of like a mirrored gun
You can flip guns while spawning by pressing Tab, or flip already-spawned stuff with mouseover + Tab.
what do the plasma arcs do?
The Plasma Ball is very much a novelty item, as per its real-life counterpart. It only results in a very tiny shock when zapping stuff.

what does a fire-detector do?
It detects fire (gasp), and triggers anything connected to it. For example you could link the detector to a water gun and make it automatically shoot whenever something comes close to the detector, extinguishing it.

Orava you should make it so when you cut anesthetics pills fall out and the animation for the anesthetics is creepy to me please change it.
