A list of things I noticed while playing:
1. Many objects lack colliders.
2. NPC physics bug out fairly often. sometimes they are "jumpy" springing up and down.
3. It is not clear in game that right click shows you the location of targets.
4. you explained to me the difficult increases with victim screams but this message does not come across on the player end and the inconsistency of screams seems more like a bug than a warning
I liked this game. So it does baby you and give you cross hairs or just do the aiming for you, you can learn the angles yourself. As for your realism complaints...it's a flash game settle down. However for the sake of argument perhaps they can not shut the bomb from orbit do to bizarre atmospheric anomalies akin to the effects of the ground.
All and all the game needs work, items made it the form of unique butterflies that float around you so they don't add to your weight and give effects like higher bounce, take less damage, Regenerate health, magnetism (to slightly arc the player toward enemies when jumping.) And as is always nice, a bit more open gameplay. Everyone likes having a choice in where they are going. Survival modes and multiply would both seem interesting as well.
