There are a few glitches in the first level that could be sorted, if falling from a great height the man hits the white line before the camera, so it acts as if the line is not there, which removes a life, also, running off the right end of the screen also does this.
Ideas for improvement:
Perhaps make the screen bigger, and do not allow the camera to move up and down when the wee guy jumps, it makes co-ordination much harder. I disagree with the others, I think the graphics and music are perfect for this type of game.
Apart from these points I see amazing potential in this type of game, so 5/5 :)

I think the game does take some skill at least but that's not the point of the game for most people. For most people you choose a game that is fun, I find this game fun, therefore I play it. For some people they want chalenges that require skill, if you are one of those people and don't think this game requires skill then SHUT UP AND MOVE YOUR ASS TO SOME OTHER GAME!
I'm stuck on the level with the gassy pizza box and the guy walking his pet atom. I know that the gas (or whatever) from the pizza box (or whatever) is different but none of the bubbles or lines are clickable.
