Log# 2 Competitors, Jeez the moment I move to another place some rude manager just throws his words at me... I'm not gonna let that stop me, I will take it and when he realizes he's going bankrupt it will be his problem... *sigh* after a near bankrupt issue that Price Manager should set the price right again. As I check through the records of the current days I saw that my competitors are going bankrupt... With just $35.00 and stuff like that in their balance and -$19.50 in the profit... Then he messages me and tries to act tough, "You scored bigger than me. So what." I always knew being ahead of competitors' populairty (from marketing) will greatly affect my sales and his sales. Isee such a big difference in my previous store. Karma matters a lot more than anyone would think and I am one of those people, Most unsuccessful people depend on "higher price" or "free money" but it's so far from "True Profit". Log#1 Business 101
I see the effects of every factor will have a very big impact on your business... Higher criminal rated places means you need to hire more guards... The first thing for a successful business is always the smile on the customer's face, KARMA is a factor that lets you level your price a bit higher... Empires Records is accusing me for stealing customer's right now... Sounds like a personal problem. Marketing campaigns effect how many people will come to your store, I am recently seeing hordes of customers coming through the door. It amazed me how much customer the store can fit in, looks like my build is going well, focusing more on campaigns would be a great factor to involve in business but you may encounter long lines so I made sure every staff is paid to the fullest with a secondary source of letting customers wait is an entertainer...
