It'd be kinda cool if you could buy stuff from other city members. It'd give the player another way to contribute, and the player would benefit by getting an item or items. It'd also be another, interesting way to encourage collusion (one player has a blacksmith and a tailor, another has a blacksmith and a druid, etc.) beside the resource items in the city.
