Yeah, the five-mile achievement is bugged. I have it listed under the game's medals but it hasn't gone to Kong, and I am indeed connected to chat. Fail, fail, fail.
Yeah, the game is bugged. I've experience the same bug as others that the "about" screen doesn't go away. I'd give it 5/5 except for that it's totally busted.
The controls are unresponsive, and all of your weapon XP is discarded if you accidentally pick up a new weapon. The graphics and music are good, but the gameplay kind of reeks.
The plot is detailed and well-developed, but only has a tenuous connection to reality. It encourages vigilante crime. If we were to endorse this sort of behaviour then everyone would be subject to the arbitrary justice of an uncontrolled, unelected few. Anyway, that, and the fact that vigilanteism would never be encouraged or forgiven on television as it was in this game, and so many of the comments that the police made would never be made in reality, as they would only serve to goad the killer.
I've run into more than one place where the character gets irretrievably stuck and you need to make a completely new game. There needs to be a "reset" button.
