vorest Yeah I found that out the hard way, thought I finally had 'nuff agi to give me 'nuff flee to move from wolves to metalings. I got critted to death. T.T
90% sure the bug not letting people use their characters is related to quests. If the game thinks you have to many quests I think it wont let you "log in" your character.
The more costly the potion the less efficient(HP per Zeny spent), go with which ever potion can out heal the damage taken. i.e If red pots can out heal the damage you are taking then always buy reds. Also never sell Monster's Feed, it is a healing item between red and orange pots, basically free healing items.
