Outside of mission 3, I haven't been able to flip any emitters. at all. Believe me, I have spent two hours trying on the last level with one of the little emitters, and even though I practically fill it to the brim, nothing happens.
I love this developer so much. An indie game with 90% correct grammar! I don't normally say anything because it's not normally not that big of a deal, but just make sure you know the difference between it is and they/we are.
The balance between hatchery mutation and mutagen generation is skewed. In later ascensions, with every mutation unlocked, I never get my hatchery generation close enough to the mutagen generation to actually spend any large percentage of my mutagen, and am forced to spend 0.1% of it to minimize the overall damage.
I do wish that the stock market hinting perk were more accurate. For example, at 27 price/share, the sign changed from negative to positive, so I bought all the stock. It ended up going all the way down to 18 price/share before finally rebounding back up. I lost out on a lot of tangerines in that deal.
No graphics, sound, and little real interaction with the game. The entire game is simply a set of increasing numbers, a simple computing trick. Why, then, is it so incomprehensibly addicting? I think I need to go into neurology just to make sense of it. Very well put together, and 5/5 from me.
for the deja vu trophies, do you just have to go there, or is it like once per opening the game? like, if I just clicked on exam, clicked back, and clicked on exam over and over, could I get exam deja vu?
"Instant death to anything it touches." LIAR! It doesn't even do more than a 1/12 to the installations! What the heck are you talking about, instant death? Now I might be screwed because the recharge on it makes the weapon suck, and I wasted all that money on it! man....
Lyhe, try using those special gems in traps, with your higher damaging gems like bloodbound, multiple damage and chain hit gems in your towers. the traps have much stronger special, but less area so that they don't hit the same targets over and over again like towers.
