hint for level 8 kill all deserters!
first build the radar flower then leave the area and go to the right to the tomato vine.
stand on top of the tomato vine and keep firing: do not leave.
always target the snowmen with the black guns first, as they are the ones that desert
after the level progress bar is full and there are no more black gun snowmen, then hunt down the rest of the igloos and finish the level.
takes 2-3 tries
I think that the player support thing works very well, just make sure that no one country has TOO huge of a lead on the next country. It's ok if some cards are very strong compared to weak ones; just make sure none have a huge gap to the next strongest card.
