Incorrect, Wraithy. The political party that would become the Nazi party was founded in 1919. Some of the thinking might've been there, but it wasn't organized.
Completed the game without failing once. Never had a need for anything above the basic mines; found the Slammer to be useless with my tactics.
To be honest, I'd much rather play the game in the mission descriptions; it seem a much more interesting thing that the repetitive snoozer we actually have.
Why Bowmaster continues to languish without badges while this flawed copycat gets more attention is beyond me.
The buttons are tough to read, there is no keyboard shortcut for pause, and the game rewards wasting resources and time instead of rewarding skilled gameplay and fast victories.
There is no bonus for overwhelming your opponent, when there ought to be. Perfect score for Battle 2 is 4500? How? By throwing waves of attackers at your enemy, only to have them slaughtered as you rack up XP?
That's not a perfect game. That's a grind, son.
Bah, there's a reason why this game was overlooked. "Fishy" is a better, more polished example of the 'eat-n-grow' type of game.
The only "buried treasure" this game represents is the kind of thing found in a litter box.
Any advice that includes "if x happens, just start a new game" suggests that there are issues with the game's design.
The key to a game's success should not hinge on the luck of the draw with regards to your initial starting point.
It seems like once a country closes its borders, you're screwed as far as succeeding in the game, given that you either kill everyone, or fail and only kill a percentage.
What incentive do I have to keep playing the game once parts of the map are completely locked off?
Am I incorrect in the assumption that disease can't be transmitted from region to region after borders close? Not even through airborne transmission? C'mon, you're going to tell me that Peru managed to slap a dome over their entire area?
Buggy and glitchy. Sometimes the first letter of a ninja would already be X-ed out, even though I'd never touched anything that would match said letter.
Then I had a ninja whose word was "OFFE", but my typing wasn't recognized by the game. It would destroy the shuriken he threw, and any other ninja would be properly killed, but not the the OFFE ninja.
Bleah. Fix the game, please.
I fell through the floor on the boss battle, but at least I got my check mark towards the card. Never coming back to this game.
Far too easy to complete. It's entirely possible to stand off to one side (stage 2) or barely move at all (stage 3, except to sidestep when the light flares up) and advance with little effort.
I have a complete inability to cast spells with gestures. I can do it in commercial titles like Black & White, but I'm flummoxed here.
Also, penalized for interrupting the flow of gameplay with advertisements.
