Finally killing the worm on epic was such a glorious achievement, having him eaten on top of being killed after so many losses was the icing on the cake
Ive found that dagger is the easiest to use, anyways, if you first max out regen in the staff tree, then survival in the greatsword tree, you can easily farm giants comfortably. I have only died twice this round and am using the second dagger, yet I have 100K souls and am still going strong
I love the impossible badge picture, it was the constant motivation for my 4 year attempt. I still remember the first time killing the sandworm, and the satisfaction I felt seeing the pictures afterwards. And then finally earning it late at night in the corner. Ill never forget the feelings!
Blocking spaces where monsters pop out of the spawners, prevent them from spawning. Makes level 8, A heck of alot easier, especially if you dont have the other units maxed out.
I think those pointers at the bottom of the screen are causing the lag, because when Im battling bosses, the lag instantly disappears, but before it shows up and im battling mobs, it comes back full force. Could you add a way to toggle those off and on?
It is a good game, sadly kongregate is infested with irritated youngsters that down vote anything that isn't dumbed down enough to fit their needs. Muh mute button! Muh glitchy game!
Its sad how the kong has changed over the years, look at comments from 2008, everyone agreed wholeheartedly how great this is, (and it really is great) and then you skip ahead to the comments of the members from 2015, and you're complaining about everything from audio to graphics. Why did it have to change.
You can get the high jump as soon as you get the boomerang, you dont have to wait until much later. Theres a tunnel in the room with the cave snail that allows you get there!
Horrible game, the fact that you cant go back to get items, although it could be argued this increases the challenge, honestly ruins the experience, especially in the last two levels where if you dont get healing items youre almost guaranteed to die, due to the swarm of enemies. Also having a vehicle in game which can cause you to die if you touch enough enemies on the way to it is really cheap, I normally dont rate alot of games very low but this was bad.
the key to beating him is extreme regen, make sure you max out your regen and your hp, since he can do 1500 a hit. For me, I used the ashura ring for health, the merkurius ring for +1 movement, the alexander defense ring, and the sylphus ring for regen, then the best regen bracelet and the indestructable bracelet for defense. That plus the speed of the ultimate dagger made him extremely easy.
