The only thing that I found wrong with the game was that there was no reward for getting achievements. Maybe just one star per achievement? Anyways, great game. 5/5
Best strategy ever: Run through with a spy and collect stars, civilians, and VIP's, then carefully place time-bombs in the most efficient places (So they take out the most or the strongest enemies), and head back to the start and have some heavy unit clear out all of the Baddies. That got me through most of the game.
