On Warlight Crazy Mode: Restart it until you start in Africa. Taking Africa is about the only way I can consistently beat Crazy because of how OP its income/choke points/access to the world is in comparison to the other contents. The one after that challenge is like 95% luck though.

The AI also seems to cheat by choosing its attacks based on what you’re doing. So when you’re fighting an AI just assume that it’s going to take advantage of every small opening or weakness you’re going to have on the next turn.
