saving the advancement in some cookies would help no restarting anytime IE tab crashes. Also, the point you need to buy improvements may need to be stored anytime you progress else the games becomes more frustrating than addictive. Nice idea though
plus, I do not see any improvements coming from devs. Look like they threw a beta over there, implement all ideas then they will send the game. Well, seek your feedbacks somewhere else

if your house still has place for immigration, that means you need to build more ministrant buildings to attract people live in. you can check the building information, it will show what ministrant buildings you should build.
