Idea for Mist: Should add a cold touch to whatever it touches. I mean, it wouldn't instantly freeze like Freeze Sword, but it will lower the temperature of an object.
Or maybe it will remove debuffs, or water will go out of it.
My journal:
Day 1. I crashed, then I found a house with Uzi and killed all zombies in the area.
Day 2. I went to the main city. Found 2 survivors, both of them died the same hour I found them.
Day 3. My storage got 44/30 weight! All because that Hazard Suit someone gave me.
Day 4. Weee! Chainsaw! MP5! G17! Other awesome weapons!
Day 5. I found a building. I looted it all, then the ceiling broke and 5 fat men ran in. I got screwed..

Idea: Hard Joints.
Acts like joints or ropes but can't get longer or shorter. Thus joined objects can't get closer or further away from each other.
Another idea: Glue. Covers an object with glue on trigger, thus making the object sticky.
