Noticed that my difficulty level and volume are not saving (reverts to "normal" every time I load the game). Am I missing something? Also - great game, thank you. Is there a way to turn off the premium pack? I bought it to support the author, but feel like the extra stuff is akin to cheating. I'd rather play through without it first (on epic difficulty of course)
