Pretty good game! I like the idea. A few improvements: Make the gun assembly bit an actual challenge, instead of just clicking the parts, have them so you need to click and drag them into place. Right now those sections just feel like a waste of time :)
Also, maybe take advantage of the player's accuracy in the target section to some extent, maybe you need to get a certain number of bullseyes? Maybe some of the targets move, or your sniper scopes have a bit of wobble as well? I think the difficulty in the training bits is too easy, but then it becomes really hard to hit the target in the car without trial and error, so that section may need improving too in some way.

awesome game! Slight nitpick, but the player could probably do with a walking up sprite, it's kinda weird how he walks backwards instead of turning around xD
not bad, try adding some other stuff like enemies that shoot back after a while and a score or something :) The more point you add the more people will like it.

Thorbiz and slugular, yeah - i've seen this happen before, it's mostly when you stand at the very bottom of the slope for ages, some of the items just stop spawning :S I've no idea what's causing it though :/
@ poetgriot, ok, thanks for playing it - this is my second game so it's good to have some feedback! I'm not a great artist (as you can tell :P ). I'll try to add more things to improve it, any suggestions?
@Dasaxyug, It's explained on the instructions screen after you press play :P No one ever seems to read that. The next level starts when the words "Level Up" appear on-screen, the missiles move faster each time and so on a couple, so does Guy.
@Mongolish, that's actually similar code to what i'm using to stop him halfway :P Is that making it to easy?
And yes, OK - i'll try changing the speeds, I might add difficulty modes where Guy moves at different speeds.
