i can say the same like Filipus. It's not even bad. You should care about some information for us about "how do upgrades work", a speed button would be nice. Sometimes you just know, that its absolutely impossible to win, but have to wait like 15 Minutes until it's finally over to make some upgrades (of which you even do not know if they are good or if there would be better). hm.. For the rest it would be a nice little flash-game. But for the loss of ideas you should insert a speed-up button. (even "don't touch my gems" has it) think about it.
btw: i somehow loove the graphics. we still kill the old way, heh?^^ (3/5 from me)
wow, dude .. seriously, for your first game this one is really good ;) but as a warning: here are lots of idiots coming around that won't have fun with playing the "first steps" of a developper, they will compare your game always to their faves and games of bigger companies. so you will read much more comments like this one: "kinda crappy" or maybe that you are a "fag". go f*cc'em, k? :D .. sooo.. its fun, kinda. I know you did not want to use more time for this, cuz its still your first and all in all a school project. so there is space for a lot of ideas of course, but the main problem with your game (even as a school project) is the hitbox. there you could do much better. at least just make it smaller ;) but for its your first game: 5/5 ;)

finally a game that reaches phage wars^^ .. ther were some other cool .. but i forgot'em. will remember 'em tomorrow i guess^^ ehr ... could have upgrades .. should have more levels .. argh .. f*** it .. id rather vote 9/10 .. but i rly like the progressive and future-looking gameplay. 5/5 deserved it. but if there wont be a sequel or at least a map pack WITH upgrades and lots of levels ill give it a 3/5, cuz this here could be a 4/5 instead ;) thx dude .. made my day
Is it even possible to get a "quick victory" in lvl 1 & 2 ? I mean, i even skipp the spore in the middle of lvl 2 and cut the tentacel at the moment it arrives, but still no "quick victory", wtf? oÔ
does it run like shit for anyone else too? i see only 25% (the up-left-quarter of the whole screen) of the game.
For the rest it leags like hell oÔ .. srsly .. the pc of mine isnt that bad^^ I mean .. i played MostWanted and stuff .. but i cant play a flash game? .. haha^^
