The atmosphere already scared me enough, but specimen 2 was just... not what I would have wanted. ^^ Great game though, although I prefer a friendlier atmosphere. :) But, well, that wouldn't fit the story.
The last level without Ace isn't that hard, but getting the Ace is insane. To get to the button, you should press and hold right just wenn the screen changes and don't stop holding it until you got to the button. Then, you should let the ball fall as wide as possible to not hit the spikes at the top when you change back to the left. Getting the Ace itself afterwards shouldn't be a problem when you got the button. Good luck!
