The last boss was no problem for me in Cube Colossus, without max stats or anything. Got em on my first try. If she’s really giving you that much trouble, use the armored ship with the heal overdrive, and the highest level Missiles you can get. I can finish it without getting hit. If your dodge skills are good and you need more speed than the armor…

If your dodge skills are good and you need more speed than the armored ship, use the one with timestop which is what I always used, very handy in every mission because you can do tons of uncontested damage, and dodge anything. You just have to move a lot.
