Things that are missing: A mute button. A reset/restart button (though once was enough, really). A shotgun. Oh, and the bunny on the menu screen looks like it just puked.
I noticed the "game over" glitch LC mentioned as well; it seems that if you don't move the cursor at all between shots, your second shot doesn't register as being directed anywhere, and it just plops right onto the line, ending your game.
