I seem to have been caught in some sort of experience warp where I can move but my experience levels up continually. This is super annoying as I was almost to floor 15 for the badge. :(

I have an issue where colonized planets i have magically become neutral randomly.
some planets are not suitable for life, so you have to build social structures to keep the population growth rate above 0, else, your people die off.
