Sorry for the error, everyone. This game was running on a free server, which now got overloaded due to the sudden publicity. We'll host the game on a real, paid website shortly. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
"If you are tired of wasting your time grinding in MMOs, try this. This is an IDLE RPG for you to kill time." What is this description trying to say? Don't waste your time on MMO's, waste your time on this instead?
The sad truth is that ridiculously priced premium currency proved to bring optimal revenue; otherwise they wouldn't do it. There's always plenty of spoiled rich gamers that don't mind wasting their money. On pretty much every MMO, the top comments are flooded with "OVERPRICED!" comments, but it never makes a difference. We might as well just find a better game.
What's the point in putting the checkbox age confirmation in the beginning? It's not like that would prevent any 10 year olds from playing. Asking for the birthyear input could at least trick a few youngsters.
I absolutely love the game, but there's just one thing that disturbs me. Everyone loves getting more powerful weapons, as do I, but there's not much benefit in using them if they give you so much less money. I was excited about the rocket launcher until I realized you only earn 1/5 of the profits, so I rarely ever use it. Please change this so that the rocket launcher is at least worth using. 5 stars regardless.
@servatis That could be quicker for dots, but the problem is that you'll never have enough mana to type "strong armored special", or even "armored special". My suggestion would be that if you type "strong" or "armored" two times, they should either make the next unit even stronger, or make your next two units have the buff. This is because I often type "strong" multiple times because I forget that I already did it, and the mana just goes to waste. I think this game has tons of potential, looking forward to a sequel!
To be honest, I sort of feel like this game is only receiving high ratings because nerdook has tons of fans. The humour and graphics are great as usual, but to win, all you need to do is repeatedly place upgraded drones and teleport the mastermind away from danger in all the levels after the first few. Because of this, I feel like the only difficult thing is this game is to enjoy the gameplay.
I just seriously hate how if you do poorly on the first few levels because you're still learning how to play, it screws you over for the rest of the entire game.
Protip- the timer doesn't start until you type your first word, so a good trick would be writing up (or looking up) a long list of words with the same beginning/ending before you start, so you can immediately type a uber-long chain of words.
In my opinion, if a game needs a speed up button, it's not a good game. A fun tower defense game should have you active throughout the whole level, instead of just standing there and waiting for the enemies to walk into your bullets. Take Kingdom Rush as a reference... They got it all right.
I've been way to spoiled by Kingdom Rush to find any interest in this =(... What really bugs me is that the enemies don't stop to fight back at the soldiers like in Kingdom Rush, which removes any strategic use for them. Anywhere you put the soldiers, they have the same effect, which ruins the point in strategy games.
No offense to everyone who spent hours making songs in here, but I really don't think copying songs that already exist into this game is "talent"- it's just wasted time, in my opinion...
I'm confused... What's the point in buying weapons if pretty much everything you do related to combat should be done in a vehicle? And since guns are useless compared to the vehicle weapons, what's the point in the game without upgrades?
I wish there was more to do than repeatedly fight with people- Perhaps a co-op mode where you work together with everyone to destroy unique NPC's. Also, the fact that more than 60% of the weapons cost kreds is discerning. Otherwise great game, love the variety of weapons. 4/5.
I kinda wish we could just change our champion once during the game, with the same level and feeds. I orginially picked the drull because I thought a high damage would be the best, but later learned that the drull is the worst and fomor is by far the best. With no way to change my champ besides juicing it at lvl 4 and starting all over again, I basically lost the game. Ah well.
