Tyronelab - I was thinking of adding a UK/US tab so people could switch between British and American terms. I decided to go with US terms at first though since I figured most people knew them best from tv.
All your achievements seem to be for level 0 or level 9. I think making the achievement's more varied would make it more fun (and more badge worthy). Games that let you work up slowly achieving as you go are fun. Games that are just insanely hard from the start are not.
Good idea but could be more fun. It's little things, like the upside down ramp in level 10. I found it so hard to get on that. There's a little bump right before it that slows the char down. Things like that are what make fancy pants adventure a 5/5 and this game not fun to play. There are loads of little frustrating moments like that to slow you down.
I'll get a new artist for version 2. The last one flaked out on me - that's why art is a bit wanting. 0 is a real age! When you question them you're really asking their parents. They're just invisible =p. Visible parents in med school 2!
If you forget what a symptom is, go to the diagnosis book and click on the symptom tab. Not only does it give you the definition, it shows you all the diseases you've unlocked that could be associated with it so far!
As for leaving out subjects, I actually just couldn't put them in. The game currently maxes flash's memory. I've been reading for ways around that and have an idea but version 2 needs to be totally re-designed. Def needs new graphics though!
Yeah... the graphics... I did everything but the chars and BG really. I just can't draw. The people who worked with me were so lazy - 3 chars is all I could get for the patients.
