i know i am level 55 and non ruby buyer but i have donated 10100 rubies to my alliance you dont need to buy rubies to get them they are easily earned but tbh i have been in my alliance for a long time so you wont be able to get the "good stuff" without paying.

Listen before you dislike comment, i am experienced in this game.With construction slot the reason why it cost rubies is because it doesn't build 2 things at a time you get the option to build the second construction but when you press the button to build the second construction it says waiting for the first construction to Finnish, so once the first construction is done then the second one begins. Hope i cleared it up for all you noobs ;)
