When placing your initial towers, you should be able to resale for full value. The battle hasn't even started yet. If a player makes a placement that he doesn't like, he'll just restart the level. I recommending adding a Kill Count to the towers you build. This way you can really know if they are being helpful or not and strategize accordingly. Great game!
