To keep your monkey in the center of the screen while you're in another window, right click where you want the monkey to be. After that you can click anywhere so long as it's outside the game screen.
As for as I know ConArtists have never read this comments section. However, they actively and regularly read and respond in their game forum. The link for which can be found in the game's instructions tab. (Or here - http://bit.ly/DZ-Forums)
@vbrtrmn Seems to be luck of the draw. I haven't put any money into this game and in the last few months I've been finding a weird amount of rares, uniques and purples. Sometimes in back to back missions.
@ArusDaryl If you equip a weapon with a different elemental affinity than your own, you can attack with two different elements depending on if you hit the action bar or not.
@horrorstar100 Gold Coins are given as part of the daily reward system. It's the last one as you might imagine. :/ The amount per week (if you login every day) seems to vary but is around 4 or so.
One of the best things about this game is that at first, you are desperately trying to stay in the air so you increase the spawn rate of all your enemies. But later you're desperately trying to get to the ground and level up before you run out of fuel which is almost impossible because you increased the spawn rate of your enemies.
