Multiplayer games need to connect to a server in order to share information between players. Sometimes computers are configured in such a way that they block the connection to the server that the game tries to make.
There are several causes for such a problem which are listed below:
* Anti-virus and Internet security applications have been known to cause issues. If you have those type of apps, go to the settings and look for a 'white-list' or 'authorised list' or 'access list' and add *.casualcollective.com
* The Flash player itself can sometimes be the cause of the problem. Try installing the latest version of the Flash Player and/or restarting your machine.
* A device called a Firewall can stop the communication between the game and our server. If you are aware of such a device please allow through port 8080.
