on 7:50 pm on 4/24/18 i lost 2 solo raid tickets. i didnt get to use them. they just disappeared out of thin air.

Hi Sarasaurus, we have checked your account and we have records of you spending those tickets by, precisely, playing Solo Raid battles. Are you sure you don't mean you lost anything else? I am having trouble loading my stones library. Each time I try to look at the uncommon tier stones in mech and water I get a message saying "attempting to re-download assets; checking internet connection" and it freezes up. nothing is wrong with my internet. send halp.
Hey Sarasaurus, it's weird, I checked your logs and indeed it happens a lot on your account. I suppose you don't have any ad-blocker plugin running (those can cause this issue), if you don't, try cleaning cache on your browser (which one do you use by the way?). I'd recommend you switching browser and trying again and should definitely work that way. Thanks!

I don't know why but I get no sound from this game. Also it would be neat if I could see how much health my enemies have.
