the controls does not want to work properly on google chrome

i like the game only problem on google chrome the move and reload function for the keyboard does not work however the mouse does work. Hope you can fix this issue

why do my customers complain that there is not enough elevators yet u have elevators going all the way up to the 49th floor with three more colums of elevators with rooms for the costumers this makes no sense

it wont work for me in google chrome.
