Rubies are ***t. Other then that, great game! Love the troops, outposts, etc. Nice "town stratagy" element with multiple outposts, dragons, troops: starts simple but develops into a huge stratagy game. Other games like Last Stand Dead Zone have very nice stratagy, rare weps, keeping them simple yet somewhat advanced; but not multiple outposts, troops at once, etc. So ***k rubies, but nice job!
@piy, actually, that isn't a great idea... at his time doing dungeons is a way for players to level up and get loot even i they can't do taht well (by hanging behind, which is much easier in dungeons then gods), which is why sometimes players will actually stand on it and say TELEPORT FOR *some dungeon*. The thing is, they drop fairly often, so just let that person do the dungeon (don't try to beat them once they have entered), and go find another one! Easiest in God Trains, because most of those people don't leave the main world.
@ivaka151 thank you for your support, but your idea is not quite the correct implementation. The game (and constant dying) keeps the very arcade style: easy play, easy die, try again. However, it does need gold and another playable character: a popular method is to do classes like warrior that take little damage in one slot, and have a favorate (and normally high defence class, liek knight) in the other: you use warrier with decent equips (sell better ones for pots and such tho), and just generally gather lots of fame by killing things with warrier (fame = pet levels, and pet levels in a good pet = healing!): then once you have maxed out your KNIGHT (not in use), you have a max charector that is hard to kill, and you can do gods and REASONABLY hard dungouns (don;t try to solo the epic ones unless you are REALLY good at the game and have UTs)
And other comment: for 1: most surveys require personal info, or don't work, or have other problems. Maybe they work every time without requiring any info for some people... but not for me. So rather then trying to use these weird companies who take your personal info and do who knows what, simply allow things to be earned. History of MMOs shows that this will not only make the gameplay experience better, but get many more people to play... and because of that: more people will buy. So more people, more popularity, more money. And more fun gameplay. Win win for everyone. Just look at history; I do that with strategy/tactics all the time (though that's generally for in-game gameplay) :)
Needs some way to earn gold. Now, I know that the devs need to get paid. However, almost every successful game (free 2 play game with paid currency) that I have seen lets players get paid currency at a very slow rate. Why, you ask? Because while most players will be like I want a few vaults, Il spend 10 bucks and have it forever! Or some even like I just want a maxed out character ill spend 100 bucks an rule the world! In truth, there are many devoted players who are doing fairly well just by trading and exploring, and who have put MANY hours into the game: yet are still stuck with 1 character and 1 vault slot. This limits them so considerably, while they are the people who put soo much time in, keeping the game popular, etc. that the system does not work well. Allowing people to earn gold slowly will still cause MANY to buy gold: however, encourage players to put lots of TIME into the game. (not just 15 minutes a day whatever: they will grind, and the game's players will expand 10x)
Vote+ If you want me to try to put together a website like TF2 Outpost (a trading outpost) for RotMG to A: stop all the spam/flood in kongregate/game chat and B: make it super easy to find exactly what you need, (you can sort by price too! ;)) Vote+ if you want
@BlackOpsSpecter I know many people really hate anyone commenting at all...... and rate something down because it moves, but thank you for your comment. There are many abilities, such as yours, that would provide a unique experience in Tyrant, and few are added each/any update. However, ideas are always welcomed by those with brains ;)
@freecowslimited wrong... swipe deals damage differently. for example, a swipe could damage a stun card..... and stop before it damages anything else. or a counter card and die before damaging anything else. but a splash card would attack one card, and then REBOUND (so skills like stun and counter would not be activated on the adjacent cards, they would just take damage like a strike, etc.) This would be very useful, although the only status APPLIED (such as poison, etc) would be to the one main card damaged, so they would be different skills for different situations.
No offence but I put a good comment and was interested in feedback (about a game idea)... and it just got to like -13. Please don't just rate stuff down for the fun of it guys, only rate it down if it is inapropriate/off topic/bragy and being mean. If you just disagree or don't care, leave it. Opinion? Do you think there should be a ability like berserk, but for HP? (each time you take damage increase card hp cap?) Or a permanent augment ability (that augments things like armor 1 to armor 2 each time you use armor, or strike 1 to strike 2 each time you successfully use strike)
+ If you like cake. Also, want an ability that adds +hp/totalhp to a card every time it takes damage (like berserk but with hp)
Possible names: Adapt, Survivor, Wisdom, (suggest plz! :)
i know its popular and people put hard work but its been ages and devs haven't done naything... could you take it down to punish them guys?
I know people have progress, believe me, i have a LOT. But if they won't fix then make them re-upload it and have a ton of super angry fans, not just slightly disgruntled fans.
