Screen just got really bright when I was playing and I crashed...problem?
Possibly, I'll check it out :) Does it do it repeatably for you? If so could you try with image effects turned off?

this game is epic 5/5 keep making good games dude! and maybe you could let us choose what colours the walls should be? i like the small details :P
Aw I wanna make it random! But I'm thinking of a custom mode where you can specify colours, which obstacles you want, which tunnel sections etc...
