it wont let me transfer any resources i have 1000 troops that are doing nothing in the corner of the map and i cant do anything with them and i have over 1 mil on every one of my territories

this game got really stupid at lvl 4 when they have guns and every time they shoot you it takes away 1500 credits... and you lose credits when you hit police... really boring and gay 1/5
