I feel like a couple of things could have been explained before playing. Call me stupid, but I didn't realize you could die, and I also didn't realize that you had to match the edges of both pieces to be able to transition between them.
That said, this is a wonderfully creative game with an awesome and innovative concept.
I found this pretty enjoyable! It is a fun challenge on the outset very reminscient of Tetrisphere, yet at the same time slightly different. Very addicting regardless!
However... the danger meter should really be tweaked. I was unable to complete a level because I was not able to clear my danger meter before I leveled up thanks to four extremely lucky super-combos that pretty much nearly instantly filled the bar.
It's incredibly hard to balance this game, but I know what you mean. You could write that one down to those super-combos not really being so lucky afterall though. ;)
In the next iteration, I'd really like to see an upgrade that lets you choose different levels of a certain upgrade to use. I accidentally missed out on both level 1 and level 2 voice acting on the first playthrough -- and after finally getting it the second time around, I've found that level 2 voice acting is more amusing (personally) than the level 3 version.
Most of the other upgrades that weren't in the previous game were a nice touch, however (the radar especially, considering just how many enemies can be off-screen).
My opinion: Fart sound practically define this game -- you will more than likely hear them A LOT if you're not using a stopwatch. If you are not easily amused by them, this game is not for you.
That being said, I was a... little amused. I'll be honest, it was kinda funny, at least for a while.
Also, got 5:00 after about 10 tries. At least I did it :P
Next time when making a game like this, please put a lot more effort into it. To be honest, it almost feels like you're trolling the target audience. And if you are, it's not funny. (Then again, trolls never are!)
As it is, this can't even be called a "game"... all one does in this game is click the gun to raise the number in the top left screen. There is a complete lack of gameplay here, not to mention a near complete lack of entertainment.
So, in closing: gamers, please spend your time elsewhere unless you're bored or doing it for cheap laughs.
I like this... it just goes to show how creative some people can be. It's not really a game, no, but it is pretty entertaining.
I'd like to see more of this kind of stuff on Kong.
The assorted stuff could be organized in a much neater fashion, and there should be more space as well.
Though, I have to say... I really like the demented stuff in it. Good for a few giggles, at least. XD
This game reminds me a lot of Touhou, except here there's a lot less pressure since you don't get killed in like one shot. I also appreciate the upgrade system.
Guys, quit complaining. If you would have read the title of the game you should have been able to figure out that this is nothing but junk.
Quit whining and move on.
There needs to be more games out there like this. I simply admire the creativity put into this.
I don't have any complaints whatsoever. 5/5, favorited.
