Pretty game, and the setting is neat, but the gameplay needs work. With something like this, there really should be multiple methods of getting through an obstacle, not just one. Doing that makes it only able to be played (trial & error) once through and offers nothing in replayability. Even if there was only one other way to satisfy a segment of the game for each screen, it would be much more playable.
Your fond description for the Libertarian Party is the only true satire I see here. If it's to be inline with the rest of your descriptions, (which aren't satirical at all, but rather exaggeration, which can be used in the context of satire, but doesn't make it satire by itself.)... Perhaps this one is a bit better.
Individualists unite! Statism is the root of all evil and that's why you should elect me as your statesman. Unlike anarchists, we believe in a government that shouldn't govern.
uh... the description of the libertarian party isn't fond. One cannot pull themselves up by their bootstraps; it's a physical impossibility. Saying that libertarians want "bootstraps for the poor" is actually highly critical of their entire philosophy. Most libertarians are ironically too ignorant to be aware of this and think that bootstraps are a great idea.
Also if you think the rest of the party descriptions and the game in general don't count as satire... you need to look up the definition of satire.
