Rotating the field. Ok. Spinning, shrinking and shrouding the battlefield in fog... alright. Removing the play area from the screen during multiple transitions while enemies are still firing. Fowl. -5 stars.
Well, other than being kinda bad... I would recommend a less misleading name. Maybe math quest. You should definitely have more than one level. Maybe something resembling a challenge after a few puzzles. Trying to be helpful here. The author didn't give me much to work with...
Not really a game per se. More of a computer toy. Your facts are inaccurate, except for the fact you put forth about your facts being inaccurate, which was totally accurate. You might want to alter your Kongregate description. There are those out there that will automatically give you a 1 star rating for comments like "this is my first game so rate me accordingly." Good luck with your next venture.
This is a very cool concept. I like it a lot. however, your game seems unfinished. The game has to be restarted if the piece has no place to go. You might want to consider having a higher score for larger/more difficult pieces. A difficulty option and other play modes would certainly increase replay-ability. (Maybe a puzzle mode or a timed mode...) Having an option to choose the two colors would be cool. Perhaps some unlock-able "Patterns." And I can not stress enough that you need a mute button. I do not count off for not having one but a LOT of Kongregaters do.
I recommend you get someone to help with your text. (Instructions, descriptions etc.) It all seems... confused. Game is not bad but the controls are puzzling. The mouse seems to conflict with the arrow keys.
It's a good start. Solid basic premise and very tricky. I would recommend adding some different types of game play. Maybe a puzzle mode and/or an adventure/story mode. Something like that to increase replay value. Over all, very nice.
