I think he means make it a TRUE Boss Battle. Those bosses are just as pathetic as their underlings. A regular enemy in the Ice Cave has 9820 HP or so. While a boss ALSO as 9820 HP. They need to have twice as much hit points as regular enemies in that area.
Hey here's an idea. You could put a Colosseum in the town where you could get a crapload of EXP. And if you beat the Colosseum you'll get very rare rewards. This should save time leveling up.
