Found a bug, when I try to smelt, it takes my 2 coals, 1 iron ore, 1 limestone to make 1 steel ingot instead of 1 coal, 1 iron ore, 1 limestone. Maybe it is because of smelting is too fast

are you sure its not 1 coal to smith iron into ingot, then 1 more coal to smith that into steel?
