An interesting game - what you see in the description is pretty much what you get. The controls take a LONG time to get used to - it took me a good chunk of time to figure out how to slice the Play button to actually play the game. It's clear that the game was designed for a tablet-like environment: the trick is just to swipe quickly, I guess. Press and move your mouse quick. I don't know. Not much of a goal besides encountering your favorite faces: Trump, May, Merkel, Putin (who will lose you the game), Poroshenko, and two other leaders I don't recognize. Kind of slow and not much of a goal or point: could be interesting if expanded upon or more game modes were added, though. The music was a nice touch, however. 4/5
This could be a pretty decent game if there were different levels, some more polish, something to expand upon, etc. Pretty basic right now though. All you do is get chased by an angry mob through a house towards a giant magical slit in front of you. Unfortunately my character is kind of dumb and runs into the giant couches instead of going around them like the mob seems to do. Anyway, decent game. 3/5
More like Bad Platformer - A Joke.
...Okay, in all seriousness, it's not all that bad. I have no clue how to get past level... 3, I think it is, and I don't care enough to try, but it's an altogether decent game with some charm I suppose. 3/5
Ah, this game reminds me of those 3D games made in Shockwave I used to play in my childhood. Just good clean simple fun. Not much to it but interesting level designs and enough decoration to want to make you keep going. A pretty polished game overall!
I'm pretty sure this game was BotD less than a year ago. Why keep making it BotD? Seriously, what's the point? It's one of the least popular choices - let the people who enjoy this game enjoy it by themselves, please.
What's the point of supporting Russian and Ukrainian translations if you don't bother to encode Cyrillic in your game and thus make the translation unusable unless you're an expert in reading mojibake?
I am very much a fan of this game as you have a cute monster that you can interact with in many different ways. Very cute - if you are ever feeling sad you can just click on the duck. I don't understand why the instructions say "Click on the speaker if he wants to dance,\." as who doesn't want to dance!?
Another puzzle game that I fully expect to be badged sometime soon, misspelled title aside. It takes a bit of time to figure out the "rotating" facet of how the blue tiles expand (that is, they never expand in the same direction that it was created - it always has to "turn" - wfaulk put it correctly as expanding perpendicularly), so it'd be cool if that was made somehow more explicit in the beginning. The undo animation is a bit jarring - I don't see why it has to flash and shake the whole screen - just a blip or something would be enough. Aside from that, another great puzzle game. 5/5
To reply to the mute button question: I think it'd be best to have two separate buttons - if I'm listening to music, I like to turn the music off but leave the SFX on. Thanks for the response!
Hey - so this is a pretty interesting game, pretty difficult too, although the difficulty seems to come mostly from the sword being hard to hit with as it's never in the right place when you need it. Still, a fair amount of difficulty comes from platformer stuff, so as far as this goes this is a good platformer. The graphics could use a little work - the block representations are okay, but the green and yellow portals are a little MS-Painty. NEEDS A MUTE BUTTON! 4/5 for now
I KNEW WE FORGOT SOMETHING. Do you think it would be best to have one for the soundfx and one for the music or just a single mute button. Thanks!
More levels have been added and so has the all important mute button!
It's been pretty interesting to see the progress of these games as you've released them. This is another idle that has a lot of great potential, and it's kind of fun to play, but it's also kind of bare bones, lacking in features, and the balance is a little off. I look forward to seeing what comes out of it in the future!
I know it lacks features. This is just a basic version before i add more currencies and abilities. The balance being a bit off means I want to perfect the balance of this game before adding too much.
Keep in mind that I FINISHED the game at 162 and thus didn't have to revisit any levels - the trick is to just keep grinding away at levels until you're satisfied that you did what you could. The game took me about an hour and twenty minutes from start to finish, but I wasted about 30 minutes on the last 10 levels when I could have done them twice as inefficiently and still stayed below 200. You just have to be willing to really hit that R button.
Strange game - for the first 35 or so levels I made sure I'd get the lowest possible score, sometimes getting lucky and 1-shotting levels that I really shouldn't have been able to 1-shot. For the last 15 levels I got irritated and stopped caring as much, but either way I ended up with a final score of 162. One of the biggest tricks I can recommend is that there are two levels that have complex mechanisms, but they also have the HERE block right after some sort of wheel, and that level will have a sticky man. If you aim just right, you can latch the sticky man onto the wheel (the hard part is getting it not to stick on the scenery) and roll the wheel away, allowing you to shoot a man straight to the HERE and skip basically the whole level - this helps cut down on points a lot.
Thank you for your feedback!
