First level: oh, so I just click here and there? Five days later: Food move to the right, so that builders don't eat you, and why don't you larvae breed faster, etc, etc.
I'd left the game after the previous update, decided to poke back in today, and I'm glad. With the emotes, the one thing that was still fun for me is gone.
I thank my very-past self for winning this game. I thank my other past self for adding the flash cache to the things in the recovery folder. Thus preserving my win over arkanoid back when I had reflexes.
Loved this one, like all those before. Though I am starting to suspect this series is supported by math and physics teachers, to encourage students to do math. (Being a physics teacher, I totally approve)
This just wow. The way there's no instruction, because it's so well designed intuition and trial-and-error are enough. But that cube? That cube will live in my nightmares. .
This is a deceptively simple time-sucker. And I mean that in the nicest possible way. It's fun to play, reachable stages, strategy matters, and how to deal with unwanted items is just perfect.
Is it just me or do the Discounts only work for stuff that's already onscreen? For example, if I buy the discounts before buying Drencom and Melange, the discount does not apply to buying Ludovico or Sand Worms. This seems unfair.
Tip for the new secret missions. First: make sure the computer is ON. "The Answer" Think Hitchhiker's guide to the Galaxy. (And then I think reverse the digits)"L33T" finish turning that into numbers. If it doesn't
I just love the tiny detail that what I type in my keyboard gets echoed on the on-screen keyboard. There are lots of similar tiny details that prove a lot of thought went into this.
A little thinking doesn't hurt, especially when you're rewarded for the effort :)
