Also, this has the same problem as other idle games in the fact that you start out strong but become garbage fairly soon. It'd prolly be a good idea to buff the click pistol.
Every time this game comes out there's gonna be a guy who built a super fast and stable car with their superior engineering skills and then people like me are just gonna spend the whole game trying to save enough money to load it without upgrades.
To quickly beat the game and get 15 free points, get the gun and go allll the way back out, and further out the title screen until you reach the final room and beat the boss.
There's something oddly relaxing about playing this kind of game and having a podcast or something in the background. I understand that you already know about the balance issues, and that it's hard to balance these games because you always end up with either too much or too little player input required. Keep up the good work!
The idea had potential, but the execution leaves more to be desired. You hardly feel like you're in control of a battle at all, and there isn't enough things going on in battle to keep you focused. Not to mention, the balance issue between the 3 heroes is a huge problem, especially because they can only guard their own row. To put the last nail in the coffin, the Cavalier getting lower stats every time he levels up is not only a HUGE issue and can foreseeably affect gameplay substantially, but is also a VERY easy bug to fix, and a bug the developer has failed to fix in the game's first, last and only update and seemingly refuses to do so seeing as to how 4 years has passed. This bug alone bars the rating of this game to a maximum of 2 stars. A shame, really.
It's a bit unfair to have to get stars by amount of cash you get from the stage since you get more on your first try. You pretty much can't get the rest of the stars by retrying immediately.
Yes, you are terrified of the monster in the bathtub. That's EXACTLY why you ran directly towards it, out the bathroom, back in, back out, back in, back out and up the attic. AGAIN.
Some balance issues, rare items in the shop are waaaay too expensive. Other than that, it's a good game. You can have fun with it for quite a while. Also reminds me of Kid Icarus for some reason.
game's been tweaked to throw in a little more coin. it will be better later on, i promise. thanks for playing!
