What kind of a message is this supposed to send? "SOPA would prevent shoddy knock-offs of classic games"? That wouldn't really be a bad thing. Maybe it would be better to focus on the actual good things that SOPA would damage, like the functioning of the internet or free speech.
There's something really fiddly about the controls in level 2. It's not clear how the rotate button is supposed to work and numbers sometimes rotate when moved.
This is pretty buggy. The slingshot kept jumping around while I tried controlling it if I tried to aim high, and when I hit retry on level 2-5 the "level failed" window reappeared and then wouldn't go away.
The cheap units are too good. There's really no counter-strategy for just spamming the cheapest units, since the gains in time (more ships means getting to do more things in one turn) totally outweigh any advantage you get from a more balanced team. As a result this game is pretty fundamentally broken.
I get that "multi-dimensional" is literally accurate, since two is more than one and multi just means more than one, but maybe you could just call it a slider puzzle since that what it is. If you think that means the game won't sound exciting enough you're onto something. You should try making a game that is exciting enough to warrant an exciting name. Tricking people into playing your game isn't going to entertain them or convince them to try other games you make. It may also lead to lower ratings for your game as players take out their frustration on you in the only way available to them.
Good luck. I hope this game is a learning experience for you.
Broken fundamentals. Most objects appear after any meaningful action in their regard could be taken. "Bonus objectives" add a second set of priorities that contradict the scoring mechanism.
I liked the old way where I sent all units with one click. Could you bring that back as an option, or maybe have a new send all command that doesn't activate autosend?
It looks like there isn't really a good counter for just spamming the cheapest units to overwhelm your opponent. Getting two weak shots in is almost always more valuable than getting one powerful shot.
I would like to see the single player mode get harder. Maybe some missions where the computer gets a strong advantage over the player like multiple warp gates or a cluster of gems near their gate. As it is the AI just can't hold its own.
This isn't so much tower defense as it is tower aggressive advancement. Once you get over the initial rush the creeper stops being very threatening. The spore attacks help bring back some of that danger, but it always feels kind of silly running away at the end of a mission when I have the creeper forced into submission.
Oh, duh. I was playing classic mode. It didn't seem like I had hit any kind of ending though. Ascreen that says "game over" or "you win" would be more clear than just not having any more reporters.
There seems to be a bug. After fighting off reporters for a few minutes there was a big rush. When I had defeated all of them nothing came after that even though I waited a full minute.
