Good game. Does need more weapons though, like a flak gun. Would also make it more interesting if each weapon had a different upgrade instead of just doing more damage. Maybe the machine gun should have a higher rate of fire, missiles could either fire multiples at once or split in flight into a group of smaller missiles. Laser could just get a larger beam. I'd also like to see being able to mount more than one turret on each train car.
This is easily one of the worst games I've ever played on Kong. The artwork is decent, but it makes no difference because the gameplay, lack of a story, and poorly designed levels drag it down. And get a proof reader.
A beautiful game. Without a doubt one of the very best independent games that I have ever played. It's better than alot of the major developer games I've played. Needs a better proof reader for a sequel, but the only real beef I had with the game was that after going through all that to get to know the characters I had to choose a single person to make their life better. I would have liked to do something to help all of them.
I've already paid for my buildings to upgrade. Now the game demands a second fee in the form of items? And often they're items that I can only get by having other people join the game and get similarly screwed over? No thanks. This game is horrible and broken.
I genuinely enjoy this game a great deal despite the fact it's always run slow for me, even after turning off shadow quality and all the other optional bits that makes the game pretty. But it's been running even slower than usual today. I've tried off and on all day to run scavenge missions in locations that I've had no problems with up until now. On my latest attempt the lag was so horrible that I lost fully half the mission time trying to get one of my scavengers to loot a container that was maybe six inches away on the screen. The game just wouldn't register the mouse clicks. The game has become unplayable for me and I'm afraid that I'm going to have to reduce my rating of the game because of this. Your other Last Stand games have truly been works of art, ConArtists, and it pains me that your newest addition to the family has been reduced to this.
Been playing this off and on ever since it was posted here on Kong and I have to say that it is still my favorite game on this site. Though I do find myself wishing that there was a longer, more in depth version for consoles and PCs. Not criticism, Sarah Northway, just an idle hope that a big game developer would offer you lots of money to make a Rebuild game for them.
Hard to play a game when it won't even load past some random screen that looks like a pin striped suit. And don't even say to update Java. I've already got the most recent version.
As much as I like this game, it almost completely kills it for me that the enemy seems to have every one of their race's cards right from the start. Kind of hard to win a match when the enemy is launching an 8 strength, or higher, ship every turn by the second round.
Just started playing, and it seems like a good game so far. Only peeve I have with it is that the game window should be resized to fit the browser window, adding a scroll bar would facilitate things.
"Hurry, get the in helicopter so we can get out of here!"
Sure. Just give me a second to hide my Barrett and assault rifles then grab my Beretta. Wouldn't want an unfair advantage over the zombies when the helicopter crashes and we start the sequel.
