Christ the collision detection in this game is awful and some parts are just completely RNG as to whether you get through thm or not. Not worth the time I struggled through it to get the badge.

Yeah, this is way, way undertuned. I should not be able to oneshot most enemies with one play of the first level. The special should not heal; and you should not get it nearly as often. Also, the bosses' health is way out of line with the rest of the enemies; it feels like you just inflated their health pools to make them seem harder. You also should probably go play some other shmups to find good bullet patterns, the ones you have are so simple it's almost impossible not to dodge them, you almost have to run into them to be damaged.

Thx for the play. Well one beautiful thing about gamedev is you truly see how differently everyone will experience a game. I get everything under the sun. "too hard" "too easy" "not enough special" "too much special" "bosses are bullet sponges" "bosses die way too fast" contols are amazing " Controls unresponsive " bullets too easy to dodge" bullets impossible to dodge" "ultimate should not heal" "there is no way to heal in this game" and my new personal favorite "annoying teenage edgelord" :) Lol... you get the idea... I definitely would love to do a hardcore mode that would take away the heal on ultimate, make it so bullets can't be destroyed, and lower I frames on specials. This will hopefully give more advanced players a more enjoyable experience. :)

I'd like to point out something. Not a huge thing, but when your programmer programmed in the multiplier he did it in literally the laziest way possible. Instead of raising the numbers, he just sped up the time. You normally can't tell, but I realized I have the trophy for playing for 5832 hours. That's 208 days, and the game's only been out for what, 70? It might not cause issues now, but if you do anything time related in the future it is going to completely screw that up, like if you have an event or buff etc that's supposed to last 24 hrs anyone with an 8x multiplier is only going to get it for 4 hours. You need to get with your dev and address that asap before anything else gets built on top of that.

Yeah, I agree with everyone else. It is literally impossible to progress past Sweetheart with Mio or Quill, Crush with Bonnie, and it's pretty hard to get past Crush with Iro. The timesinks are just so massive that it would take like two weeks of idling for it. Which would be fine IF you worked like any other idle game and got extra multipliers for every reset, but for some reason you seem to have set it to only give a multiplier equivalent to progress which doesn't make any sense, at that point why even make you reset at all? I should be getting an extra x5 for every reset I do

Uhm... this isn't a game. It's a story. And not a very cohesive one at that. To be a game, wouldn't you have to be able to... you know.. do something? There's literally one choice in the entire "game" and it doesn't even do anything.

I remember why I stopped playing this game now. Because it was absolutely shit coded and lagged me out whenever I tried to shoot fast enough with a pistol to actually kill anything. Still hasn't been fixed, in three years. Real quality design.

... Terrible voice acting, terrible grammar, and music and sound effects literally ripped straight from Final Fantasy. There's no option to have a female character (lol sexism) and the gameplay itself is boring. 1/10, especially because of, you know, plagiarism.

Meh. Okay game, but... You put in upgrades that are almost impossible to get before the final boss and are worthless after you beat him. Why? Either put in some way to get them before the final boss, or put like a survival mode afterwards or something. The enemies that have stars.... well, quite frankly, they're too easy. Especially on the later levels when you reuse the same enemies from the earlier levels. It shouldn't take me 20 shots to kill normal enemies but 3 to kill the special ones who drop the stars. The last boss was also incredibly disappointing. No dangerous weapons; not even an energy bomb, and if you upgrade your ship at all once you blow his wings off there's no chance of dying, as his cannons can't harm at LEAST the helicopter (which I had).

Stop. Just stop. Please. Your games stopped being good sometime last year. They've been constantly going downhill, and this game is the most miserable piece of tripe I have ever had to play for the sake of a badge. I'm on Level 18 and I cannot force myself to finish it. The programming is terrible, some of the mechanics are incredibly buggy (gas missiles are completely f*cking retarded and so are Blowfish Bots); the damage you do goes down the closer you get to the end of a wave; and quite frankly, this game is BORING. It doesn't require strategy, or skill, or anything of the sort, it just requires you to click the screen a few thousand times. And that.... absolutely STUPID "trolololol" thing in between levels. I'm not sure if Nerdook went and lurked on 4chan for about 5 minutes or something, but not only is he using trolling completely out of context, those jokes aren't even the slightest bit funny. They're cringeworthy.

As nobody seems to have noticed, commenters nor Kongregate; Kindly look up Mr. Runner, an iPod Store game that's been up for months now. This game shamelessly rips that game off. It does not deserve a badge at all; while it is not the same game, it is close enough, down to the death animation, that the similarities cannot be denied. Very nice plagiarism.

(cont.) and worst of all, BOOSTERS SHOULD NOT BOOST INTO OBSTACLES. It's absolutely terrible and could be easily avoidable with a few more "If;then" lines of coding. On top of that is the fact that it is literally impossible to win unless you collect quite a few gas cans and go through boosters; that's absolute rubbish. What the hell is the point of even having a rocket if it can't make it to the moon on its own? Overall, this game has left a bad taste in my mouth, and although I managed to force myself to upgrade all the way I can't even be arsed to get the Medium badge. 2/5, and that's probably more than this game deserves.

Alright. Let's give an actual review of this game, why don't we. Okay, first of all. Pros. Tried and tested game type; uses the same level-up type system in all other games of its type; simple and easy to understand. Wait. Those aren't really pros. Cons. Bland. Boring. Uninteresting, really. At least the other games of this type have things going for them; hedgehogs and penguins and such, they're cute, or they're wacky, or something. They have personality. This doesn't. On top of that, the physics system here is, quite simply, crap; it's a rocket, it should be responsive, but instead it slides all over the place and can't seem to be accurate for anything. And the RNG is even worse. There should not be six thunderclouds all in a row close enough that you can't avoid the next one in the set; there should not be three boosters offset so that you can't boost through more than one; the wind should not push you away from every powerup and booster;
