Time mage ftw!
The fact that you can re-roll one low dice roll for free makes him superb, the other 2x re-roll only costs 1 MP when you roll a low number, so you will usually end up with spare MPs at the end of combat that you can use to cast Obliterate a few times to speed up the demise of your foe!
Level 10 is easy-peasy took me 105 secs here is how to do it:
Take the spore to your left - connect, but immediately cut the tentacle at your embryo to get it instantly, do the same thing for the embryo on the bottom, then take the other embryo while attacking the ant to keep it from falling to the enemy...voila
for stats, the maximum is 40 (it takes about 460 000$ for the last level of the skill)
the max level of special zombies is 6 (about 350 000$ for the last level)
