Then find a way to disable the tip jar for the game. whether that means asking Kongregate to do so for you or what. You are not Supposed to post anyone elses games without their explicit permission. It is fraudulent to do so hate to say it but it doesn't really matter what your intentions are it is what it is. Not saying my opinion saying what would happen if whoever made it flipped out and sued you.
This game is not working. I understand you already have 50 comments on this so rather than just complain about it I will give some input. I tried to play this on the most up to date versions of IE, Firefox, and Chrome, so it is not a browser issue. Restarted pc so not a pc issue, has to be something with the game code or kongregate itself though I am not sure which. Seems like an interesting game and want to check it out I will just check back later.

I don't say this lightly. In my 20 some odd years of playing videogames I have played a few thousand some odd games from all different types of platforms. Be it PC, Console, or Flash. This is one of the best games I have ever played. Quite difficult, and equally ingenious. Pure gameplay, no fancy graphics are needed here.

This game isn't any good but it isn't awful either. Had it been made 5 years ago I would be praising quite a bit. The problem it is that it wasn't and every issue the game has has had a remedy or alternative fix for the last 3 years. Why does improving your car make it handle worse? Neither meets but does not exceed the bar.
why is every person you have to kill a prosecutor? That is NOT the correct word. A prosecutor is a type of lawyer, their job is to get the suspect convicted. Why are all these games saying. Kill your prosecutor/s? This doesn't make any sense!
The actual gameplay is good but I can't understand a thing anyone is saying, the audio jumps from really high to really quiet constantly. It is an older flash game so maybe the newer adobe flash player isn't properly synced with it?
clever idea that needs quite a bit of polishing. You would have an amazing game if it played more smoothly. Did you have any testers? Seriously this is a very intriguing concept a fresh spin on a proven formula but there are sooo many bugs.
in clarification what I mean to say is I am not going to start over and go through all of that again just to have the king die again. The game is neither great nor terrible however keeping in mind it is around 3 years old a solid effort.
I think you have a very interesting concept here but a few questions. What does the blot do, and why am I encountering instances multiple times in a row where an artifact piece falls against a corner and CANNOT be moved? This has happened to me three times in a row now. I assume there is a spell later on that will allow me to shift an artifact a spot over but I don't have it yet.
The blot does nothing, but hide one block from your eyes.
Artifact swapper is available just after blot's spell, and requires three totems to activate it.
has potential with some tweaking but is horribly unbalanced, in addition how do you read the indicators telling you what is coming next or how many waves? in these puzzle quest esque games it is standard practice to know how much hp your enemy has left or how many waves remain. In addition why is my Knight losing HP when he levels?
