Just a quick question:
Why does the Kongregate version have multiple classes available to choose from, but the "full" downloadable version has only one (I could not choose anything other than Mechanic in that one)?
It doesn't really make sense to be honest. No complaints, though, I was just wondering about it.
+ Clever title.
+ Probably spent a lot of time writing the seemingly infinite lines of rambling.
- In the end still a Troll game that stops being fun after having read the title once, sorry.
Decent game idea, would have been fun as a singleplayer game, but:
- Fake "free" game. You're basically completely screwed unless you invest money in the game. It would be fine if it wasn't advertising to be free, but as it is it's just insulting that a game like this claims to be free.
- GOD DAMN LIMIT ON HOW MUCH YOU CAN PLAY IT? REALLY?
- A game with very very little interaction with other players, but still being 100% online, and all that on a VERY slow server.
I still don't understand why people intentionally make bad development decisions like my first two points.
The game will quickly stop being fun for both free players and those who pay (the extremes of being totally useless and instantly "done") and it's just negative PR for your company.
You can make a lot more money off of just making a decent game and putting ads all around it (and if you avoid BAD development decisions people will actually happily use the "donate" button without expecting a reward for it).
The game is just retardedly easy once you have the lollypop staff.
Hell Breaker (Stun) + Evil Dragon Sword (HUGE damage) + Sylph Bow (Freeze) + Lollypop Staff (Mini) = Ally of Justice Mission done in 5 minutes.
I like the part where you upgrade things.
And the part where you have a huge ship that is built entirely out of guns... it reminded me of Kingdom Hearts.
I'm kind of missing a weapon: The second spear (The one between Soldier Spear and Glaive).
I can't seem to find it in the shop, does anyone know where to get it?
Just out of curiosity: Why can that guy post a bot for this game right here openly and get away with it?
Isn't Kongregate going to get angry and ban his ass?
Holy Crap I barely got the card-challenge done on medium (yes, medium is for some reason easier than easy, three keys are just weird).
Why are these kind of games so incredibly darned hard for me? sadface.
So... is nerdook just one person or a whole team of developers?
If it's the former: Holy crap. I can't believe how you shoot out so many of these high quality games so fast.
If it's the latter: Still holy crap. Even for a team of people, releasing so many unique games of such quality is an achievement.
Guys. EITHER DONT USE THE Y/Z KEYS FOR CONTROLS OR LET US CONFIGURE THEM!
Z and Y are switched on european keyboards, and it makes the controls of games like these extremely uncomfortable.
I wouldn't complain if this only happened rarely, but for some reason flash game developers have some kind of obsession of using the ZXC key row for controls like this instead of XCV, and are then not implementing control configuration.
It's really tiring...
Found a Bug:
Sometimes, when fighting two opponents, one of the opponents can get "stuck" right in front of my character after trying to attack.
He will then just chill out there and nobody can ever do any action again, thus forcing me to reloat the game.
