I did not copyright anything but my creation, Alien Killers. I cannot copyright something that is already copyrighted, if you are referring to copyright infringement,well then good sir, you are horribly and ironically mistaken.
obviously you can right click, but its pretty dificult with out it, and all it needs is to not be rainbow, and have some techno and its a 4/5, but as I have just released my first flash game, I feel very generous, so I went ahead and gave it a 4/5.

I would like to say thanks to the last 8 people or so for their comments... I justt learned flash on my own, and ill update this game for glitches soon, i would love to get the second point increase, but i judt do not see that in this games future. I believe my next project will be a shooter(completely original) controlled completely by a mouse. These shooters seem more interresting to play, and I hope to support the API's this next time around. Again thanks for your guyses support(or non-support), this criticism will definately make my next game better.
Thanks for your input...but seriously is it that bad for my first flash game that you have to give me a 1/5 thats pretty mean... do any of you guys even have your own games? I would like to say that I will reload the game with a pause button and with the levels set not to restart, but please, this is my first flash game, don't bash it just because its not as good as Sonny....
Tnakk you all for your comments (except for sayvinyl1, your comment had no form of constructive help, and therefore did not help me) and I would just like to say that you all have helped me out so much. The reason I put this together was to see what people would say about their most favorite games and which ones they think should be chosen. Now because of all of you I can create a game that people will love. I also plan on creating a top 100 flash movie comlete with movie clips of the games and I will code all of it myself. So in conclusion thankyou all(except for Sayvinyl1) becaues no one likes you.....sorry dude.
