"Buy Down"?! How about some kind of warning before I buy 7 iron and 1 silver and upgrade to a cart, then wonder what "buy down" does and LOSE ALL MY GOLD.
Troop controls are like Monty Python - "Hero stay here, all others advance" - "right, we'll all stay here watching the hero advance and die". "Retreat!" - "right, we'll slowly advance forward then."
Are items deployed when they're in the gold rectangle, or in their individual little squares on the right? +1 on the grinding comment; grinding shouldn't be free, but what's the point of the elaborate skill trees?
If everything's click based, I should be able to click (not hit space) to "continue".
Programming should be easier - click on the icon and it automatically appears, and/or if you drag an icon to the middle of the command list it inserts itself there.
Morale thing's a bit off - I lose a few men, our guys are "we surrender, mew mew mew" - I take the enemy's trench and kill each reinforcing wave, they say "it's only a flesh wound!"
those eff-ing monsters that charge are making me hate this game. And that's not a cutesy comment full of irony - I'm serious, I'm tired of being kick-ass strong and then having one of those frackers come along and slice me up - ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE'S NO WAY TO SAVE THE GAME AND TRY AGAIN.
Who votes down the lack of save? Some of us like to play for a few minutes and then go have a life for a while, before playing again. And what's the point of gathering mana if I can't spend it?
B.S.that you can't catch the "drips" - have a pan under the drip line = fail, move up above to catch same water before it becomes drips = success... = fail.
Broken. Clicked on radar, charged me $9000 but then said "not enough free slots". So bought a slot - icon clearly says "3/4" occupied - but now I have neither radar nor my $9000.
Welp, thank you regardless for playing and for commenting! Perhaps next go-around. I appreciate your time! Best, -Tim
